The duo took bronze on Saturday morning in mixed team snowboard cross at Genting Snow Park.

This is the first time the sport has taken place at the Winter Olympics.

American pair Nick Baumgartner and Lindsey Jacobellis won gold, followed by Italians Omar Visintin and Michela Moioli with silver.

O’Dine was involved in an accident with Italy’s Caterina Carpano halfway through the race but managed to pull herself up to cross the line 23 seconds after the first two.

Earlier in the week Grondin won silver in men’s cross and O’Dine won bronze in women’s cross.

Canadians Liam Moffatt and Tess Critchlow were eliminated in the first qualifying round when they placed third out of four teams.
