Welcoming guests for lunch, dinner and weekend brunch, ENZO Steakhouse & Bar will officially open its doors on Tuesday, September 27, 2022. The new chef-led dining concept by Chef Andrea Montobbio and veteran of the he fashion industry Carmine Noce combines northern Italian-inspired cuisine with the comforts of a modern steakhouse and bar. Diners are treated to a cozy atmosphere while exploring Montobbio’s signature, seasonal menu of handmade pastas and sauces, choice cuts of steak, chops, fresh seafood, entrees herbal and more.
“In Italy, the beauty of food is that it varies from region to region, depending on what the soil offers,” says Montobbio, who served as executive chef for Atlanta’s Fifth Group restaurants, STK Atlanta and New York’s Gansevoort Hotel at a statement. “Each part of Italy has a different climate, and it’s exciting to create dishes based on how the sun hits a certain place or what kind of mountain the water comes from. All of these factors play into the uniqueness of the kitchen. This is what we want to bring to ENZO guests.
Located in the town of Trilith in Fayetteville, Georgia, ENZO showcases Montobbio and Noce’s love for Italian art, architecture, and food. Upon arrival, guests will be greeted by a wooden door that opens to the main dining room, bar and lounge, Mediterranean colors, elegant black and brass elements, Italian marble, warm woods and halo pendants falling from high ceilings. An open expo kitchen gives guests a taste of Montobbio’s cuisine, with a custom-designed rotisserie, pizza oven and wood-burning grill.
“Food and drink have always been my passion. I wanted to create a space where guests could come every night and never get bored,” says Noce. “A space where customers can meet, have a drink, relax, have fun and above all be themselves.”
The 180-seat restaurant features a private dining room, group dining table, works by local artists, and alfresco dining on the dog-friendly terrace. New immersive camera technology on multiple large screens inside and outside the restaurant will give customers a bird’s-eye view of the action in the kitchen, bar and live music stage.
ENZO currently offers catering for parties of all sizes and “ENZO at Home”, delivering Italian cuisine from Executive Chef Montobbio every Friday for parties of two to six within a 45-mile radius. Private subscriptions will be available in the coming weeks.
Enzo Steakhouse & Bar is located in the town of Trilith at 300 Trilith Pkwy, Suite 230, Fayetteville, GA 30214. Co-owned by Executive Chef Andrea Montobbio, Executive Chef David Gibbs and President Carmine Noce, effective September 27, 2002, the new dining and drinking destination will be open for lunch Monday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. and dinner from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m.; brunch on Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. and dinner from 5 p.m. to midnight; and Happy Hour every day from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m.
